Ketamine infusion therapy can restore your function so that you are finally able to pursue avenues of healing and get back to living your best life. There is hope. There is help.

Wyoming Pain Institute provides a healing and comfortable environment for patients as they embark on their road to wellness. Our clinical program is led by triple board certified Dr. John Mansell and the caring staff.

Your Journey To Wellness Starts Here...

Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic, which means it causes a dissociation between the thalamus and the limbic system. In other words, a dissociation of the mind and the body. Unlike other anesthetics which put the body to sleep, ketamine buts the brain to sleep without suppressing the body’s vital functions such as heart rate, blood pressure and breathing.

The mild disassociation seen with low dose Ketamine infusions causes an increased production and release of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). BDNF has been proven to aid in redeveloping healthy neural pathways in your brain. This is the reason Ketamine therapy has such a high rate of success. Think of this infusion as a way to help the brain rewire the system that has been damaged by years of debilitating mental health or chronic pain conditions.

The goal at Wyoming Pain Institute is to provide personalized, high-quality care for people suffering from afflictions where Ketamine infusions have proven a successful treatment option. We have observed meaningful success rates in the treatment of the following debilitating conditions:

Depression and Anxiety

Post-Traumatic stress Disorder (PTSD)

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Fibromyalgia

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)

Neuropathic Pain
